Job Description

We are looking for a Female Fitness Instructor who is preferably based or willing to work in Kuwait who is excellent at providing group fitness training, personal fitness training, classes, and on the gym floor support and coaching for all ages and skill levels.Responsibilities?

  • You will receive a basic + PT commission
  • Achieve realistic monthly sales targets
  • Should have 2+ years of experience
  • Professional, tidy and clean appearance
  • Assess the client?s current fitness level to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling to achieve their targets
  • Provide advice to clients on the correct way of exercising, including weightlifting, training machines, bikes, treadmills, etc
  • Provide Personal Training to clients to help them set and achieve their goals and manage your PT time according to client needs
  • Provide energetic/upbeat group fitness classes at various ability levels (e.g. Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mind & Body, Dance, Martial Arts, etc). Obviously, you are not expected to know all, but a selection of a few classes
  • Promote a fun, exciting, upbeat and relaxing atmosphere for clients
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients of all ages and career levels, management, VIPs and other
