Reports to Brand Director with regards to duties and responsibilities
Produce and create men?s apparel range, with focus on casual wear, seasonal clothing
Conducts Market Studies to identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender, and socioeconomic status
Develops product description based on seasonal concepts
Develops the corresponding theme board, mood board, fabric board and colour board in conceptualizing the design idea
Visit market to keep up-to-date on the latest fashion trends
Review sample garments on and off models to achieve desired effects and standard
Presents and describes design concept and ideas to the management
Coordinates with product technician for products
Makes seasonal trims and samples Tech pack for salesman sample
Responsible for the creation and production of Tech Packs
Is involved in all the technical aspects of design from conceptualization till the production of final garment
Have experience in casual models design especially.
