Job Description

Goals and scopeEstablish and maintain an effective and productive factory that fulfill the top management required standards and comply with the world?s highest standards.Tasks & Responsibilities?

  • Full accountability of the factory management
  • Contribute in and execute the agreed KPI
  • Set a complete structure for the factory
  • Set a complete work flow for the entire factory
  • Assign the designated manpower for each machine
  • Ensure the competencies of the assigned manpower
  • Hire, train, and manage the performance of the entire team
  • Set KPI?s for each staff in the factory
  • Ensure proper orientation and execution of the factory?s ERP system
  • Set and execute all required safety regulations and rules
  • Set a complete forms for the factory including administration and technical ones
  • Work on and maintain all required certificates and necessary documents
  • Set a clear ?quality standards? rules and criteria for each item
  • In charge of full utilization and productivity of the entire machines to meet the top management agreed productivity output
  • Ensure and in charge of preparing an alternative plan for any required maintenance for any machine in the factory and ensure the execution of the required periodic maintenance plan for each machine
  • Ensure to find, improve, and develop all potential procedures in the entire work process.
