Setting and facilitating the overall Facility function strategy in alignment with the overall group strategy.
Review and update the Facility function policies and procedures by benchmarking the leading practices and alignment to the strategy
Review and provide inputs for updating the Delegation of Authority matrix
Develop a maintenance plan for buildings and general equipments (including chillers, AC?)
Manages and reviews maintenance and services contracts.
Conduct and maintains log for the regular facility inspection and ensure all equipment/chillers/ACs are running properly.
Oversee renovations/refurbishment of equipments & buildings.
Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Manages and reviews service contracts.
Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
