Main Responsibilities:

Build and Manage a portfolio of Clients/Companies and maintain strong relationship.
Establish long term relationship with potential candidates, regular follow up and updates on active jobs in the market.
Increase and meet minimum number of monthly placements
Execute and run candidate search activities within the Middle East Market.
Complete the initial screening, first stage interviews face to face or through video calls
Provide high level advisory and consultation to clients
Manage a team of researches, coach them to meet monthly targets.
