Job Summary:ÿThe position is for Executive - Non Motor Claims needs to be a seasoned General Insurance Professional ,having exposure to ÿfire., Marine andÿMiscellaneous Department claims handlingÿwork with knowledge for processing and settlement of claims and additional knowledge in the Policy underwriting in the respective department is appreciated.ÿKey Responsibilities:ÿúReview and analyze non motor insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility.úCoordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary documentation.úInvestigate and gather evidence related to the claim, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining police reports.úEvaluate the extent of damage or loss and determine the appropriate settlement amount.úPrepare and submit claim reports to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.úCommunicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their claims and address any concerns or questions.úNegotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.úCandidate should be willing to attend survey of Fire/Marine/Miscellaneous Department claims as well as attend pre-acceptance risk inspection of new/renewal of Fire risks.
