Job Summary:ÿThe position is for Executive - Non Motor Claims needs to be a seasoned General Insurance Professional ,having exposure to ÿfire., Marine andÿMiscellaneous Department claims handlingÿwork with knowledge for processing and settlement of claims and additional knowledge in the Policy underwriting in the respective department is appreciated.ÿKey Responsibilities:ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and analyze non motor insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary documentation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInvestigate and gather evidence related to the claim, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining police reports.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluate the extent of damage or loss and determine the appropriate settlement amount.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare and submit claim reports to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their claims and address any concerns or questions.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿNegotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCandidate should be willing to attend survey of Fire/Marine/Miscellaneous Department claims as well as attend pre-acceptance risk inspection of new/renewal of Fire risks.
