Divisional Strategy Contribute to divisional strategy through aligning activities with divisional strategy and business plans.
Policy & Processes Define and implement ABK and divisional policies, processes and structures.

Business development Develop and own relationships with corporate through marketing and networking
Client management Manage clients to ensure successful turnaround of accounts and/or maximum recovery
Sales Identify sales opportunities and solutions on behalf of client for owned or pledged assets and/or distressed assets to facilitate repayment of debt.
Credit review Manage credit applications and ensure recommendations are in line with risk appetite and risk policy
Portfolio management Ensure portfolios are regularly reviewed, problem accounts identified and corrective action taken
Remedial accounts: Manage the transition of remedial accounts with proposals for corrective action.
