About the jobThe ideal candidate will lead ERP implementation project with business stakeholders and vendors inthe development, setup, and design of the ERP system and monitor the ERP utilization, incorporatecorporate policies and procedures, meet regulatory compliance, and improve efficiency.ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Organizational Processes and Procedures: Follow the policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Systems and Processes: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures so that work iscarried out in a controlled and consistent manner; contribute to cost-efficient usage of resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take part in change initiatives, programs, and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ERP and other related applications at Taiba:1. Providing module training to the users.2. Configuration of ERP and related applications.3. Contribute in HIS/ERP adoption.4. ERP Implementation (Providing Inputs to the user department for implementation of variousmodules).5. Coordinating with the vendor about any development, new requirement, and bugs within aspecified timeline.6. Providing functional training to the peers and subordinates within IT department and Internaltraining for JCI audit preparation.7. Testing the product patches released by Vendor and tracking the issues till closure.8. Supporting the User Acceptance Testing for new features/functionalities added in HIS/ERP andrelated systems.9. Documenting project scope and artifacts.10. Maintaining the tracker of issues reported on day to day and approval records
