1. Troubleshoot and fix software related problems, primarily accounting (ERP) software and MS Office for the users in the group companies.2. Modify & maintain reports for financial accounting software systems.3. Perform Year-End and New-Year rollover with integrity check procedures on accounting systems.4. Maintain online data integrity of accounting systems by running integrity tests on data periodically.5. Maintain and implement accounting software updates and upgrades.6. Periodically check integrity of data backups by restoring and validating information in a test environment.7. Backing up the ERP databases on a weekly monthly and yearly basis8.
