An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing of ERP system.Responsibilities

Business process reengineering and leading the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
Monitor the cost, calculate the number of resources for the project and deploy it for the project.
Understand departments requirements and designa comprehensive strategy for achieving the successful outcome of the project.
Develop good communication with the respective implementation partner,
End to Endmanagementand coordination of the project andresponsible for the successful implementation.
Prepare ERP blueprint
Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project,provide training,supportand extract the best out of the team.
Solve complex problems which arise in the ERP implementation and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
Design a schedule for the project set a timeline for each member of the team and delegate the specifictasks to each member of the project.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Predict risk factors and eliminate them for the successful completion of the project.
Frequent reportingabout the project progress.
