Job Description

DescriptionSummary Role:The Enterprise Products & Services Analyst is responsible for product and services development role that apply all marketing initiatives into concept paper for B2B market. Manage all B2B requirements with product/service life cycle that comply B2B strategy and its objectivesResponsibilities:

  • Manage analysis of customer behavioral patterns and other analytical activities in support of B2B
  • Develop promotions to acquire new customers and upsell / cross-sell to existing ones
  • Work with Insights & Communications to launch promotions through multi-lateral communications channels
  • Assess past promotions, capture lessons learnt and continuously strive to improve the effectiveness of future promotions
  • Support the development of Marketing department?s policies, procedures, systems, and frameworks
  • Apply B2B the strategy and roadmap for Fixed & IT products and services
  • Maintain a Fixed & IT portfolio with differentiated products and services addressing needs of all B2B segments
  • Build value propositions along selected focus areas (e.g., Voice IP, M2M, Connectivity / Data links)
  • Manage and monitor product stock, orders, availability and life cycle within B2B departments
  • Ensure that all new service offerings are tested successfully before market launch
  • Manage timely commercial launch of services
  • Monitor performance of launched services against specified KPIs and report on a regular basis to higher management
  • Work with other Marketing teams, Sales and Business Operations in the development of plans to stimulate sales
  • Support the development of Marketing department?s policies, procedures, systems and frameworks
  • Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.
  • As the ultimate owner of the activities of all environmental activities in Zain Kuwait, the coordinator is expected to ensure effective communication of all environmental awareness issues internally and externally, as well as providing all support needed to different the departments and business units on the environmental impact of their processes. In addition, the coordinator must report to the management his/her evaluation of the level of compliance to all legal, statutory, and Zain Group requirements in the field of environment protection. The coordinator should support too on the documentation of the Integrated Manual Policy of the company for the environmental aspects of it.
What Do You Need to QualifyEducation Level:Bachelor?s Degree required, Business Major?s computer science.
