POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:1)???????Ensure implementation of Ministry of Health regulations, the Hospital Medical staff by laws, Rules and Regulation and the ENT Department Policy and Guidelines.2)???????Deal with patients suffering from chronic sinusitis.3)???????Treat diseases of the larynx, esophagus, and upper aero-digestive tract, including swallowing and voice disorders. Medical specialists treating problems in the head and neck regions deal with tumours, infectious diseases, deformities and facial trauma.4)???????Diagnosis and treatment of patients referred to ENT department.5)???????Run his/her own clinic.6)???????Provide supervision to the department.7)???????Help in professional development of all staff.8)???????Ensure safety of patients and staff.9)???????Provide teaching materials as part of the professional development of the staff.10)????Set up a coordinated management system for the department.
