Job Title: English Teacher ? Medium and High SchoolReports to: Head of Department�Key Responsibilities

To identify and adopt the most effective teaching strategies in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the administration.
To plan and implement differentiated work for students according to their level and help monitor their progress, if and when necessary set individual and group targets for children.
Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
Work with other professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team as necessary.
Maintain accurate student records and write individual reports as directed by management.
Support students with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skills and record incidences of progress, regression, and discipline difficulties. Make referrals to the school counselor as per need.
Using appropriate assessment instruments pertinent to instructional areas to assess student progress on a regular basis and providing feedback to students and parents.
Provide adequate feedback to students regarding their learning and assess and return assignments in an orderly manner.
