Job Description

About the job? To analyze, design & implement EMR modules along with related HIS modules according to theneed of the organization by using unified project methodology and by defining integrated systemsprocesses, data, and application into optimal solutions that support the business.? To analyze, design & implement other business applications (desktop and mobile) according to theneed of the organization.? To own EMR from workflows, user training, testing, documentation, and roadmap perspective.

  • Organizational Processes and Procedures: Follow the policies and procedures of theorganization
  • Systems and Processes: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures so that work iscarried out in a controlled and consistent manner; contribute in cost-efficient usage of resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take part in change initiatives, programs, and projects that reflectinternational best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of EMR and other related applications atTaiba:1. Providing module training to the users.2. Identifying and resolving EMR and related application issues.3. Generating Reports based on user requirements from front/back end.4. Formulating new requirements after taking inputs from business users.5. Configuration of EMR and related applications.6. Contribute in HIS/EMR adoption.7. EMR Implementation (Providing Inputs to the user department for implementation of variousmodules).8. Coordinating with the vendor about any development, new requirement, and bugs within aspecified timeline.9. Providing functional training to the peers and subordinates within IT department and Internaltraining for JCI audit preparation.10. Testing the product patches released by Vendor and tracking the issues till closure.11. Supporting the User Acceptance Testing for new features/functionalities added in HIS/EMR andrelated systems.12. Documenting project scope and artifacts.13. Maintaining the tracker of issues reported on day to day and approval records
