Deliveroo Editions is on a mission to become the world?s most attractive expansion platform for our restaurants and offer a better and differentiated experience to our customers.What you will be doing:* Support the Editions Commercial Manager in managing their portfolio of key restaurants with a focus on building relationships and increasing profitability * Driving restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume and growth potential. Running feasibility studies. * Coordinate with cross-functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, HQ) * Document maintenance and organization, timely new sites launch tracking and recordkeeping, assisting the Editions Commercial Manager with any ad hoc administration tasks as required * Execute and operationalize various ad hoc projects and initiatives that serve the wider businessWhat skills youll need:* 2-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, BD, FMCG, F&B or consulting industries * Interested in food, restaurants and tech start-ups.
