Ownership of Dropshipping and eCommerce Customer Experience operations, develop merchandising strategy by researching for trending products to introduce the best global offerings to the local customers.- Set business model plan, marketing plan, launch plan and KPI?s- Achieve monthly sales target in agreement with management.- Monitor/analyzes competitive landscape and what?s trending to maximize sales and growth.- Management of all sales channels (website, mobile apps, social etc), partners and vendors.- Curation and management of Social Media communication with the customers- Maintain & Share Reports on Daily/ Weekly basis to the management.
