Responsible for delivering orders for catering and multiple stores and locations as per the daily schedules and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and in good condition.Key Responsibilities: úÿCommunicate with the Operations team for the daily routine schedules.úÿManage multiple orders and delivery locations as per the daily schedules.úÿEnsure to carry delivery notes and obtain signatures upon delivery.úÿVerify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.úÿSupport the team with the loading/unloading of goods/items.úÿFollow the checklist for goods/items dispatching.úÿReport any missing goods/items to the Line ManagerúÿReport any issues or delays to the Line Manager when arise.úÿEnsure orders are delivered accurately, within optimal period, and in good condition by handling them properly.úÿFollow traffic laws and navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS.ú Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating employees with respect.ú Maintain accurate records of each trip, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transit, reporting this information to the Line Manager.ú Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance assessments to maintain proper vehicle functioning and cleanliness, promptly notifying the Line Manager of any malfunctions.ú Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager as and when required.
