Highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with expertise in .NET technologies, solution architecture, strong design and leadership skills, and experience in retail solutions, with a preferred experience in fuel retail solutions.
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
Work closely with the project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software development process runs smoothly and efficiently.

B. Accountabilities:

Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, including code reviews and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring that software solutions are aligned with business needs and expectations.
Work with the project team to ensure that software development processes are followed and project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
