Develops complex software in C, C++, C#, Java,assembly language, PowerShell or other selectedlanguages products and/or applications consistently.? Utilizes software engineering tools such asconfiguration management systems, build processes,and debuggers in the software development process? Work with users, sponsors and all other stakeholders to determine their evolving needs.? Working with the application management todetermine the highest level of system requirementsrequited to meet the business requirements withinbudget and technology constraints.?
