You?ll apply your breadth of experience to model, prototype, and iterate on ways our team works. You will align cross-functional stakeholders and build trust across teams. You?ll be setting the foundation for the discipline and building the team to support a scaling design organization.descriptionThe client is looking for a Director of Operations who will be reporting CEO, to lead and direct Done Interior business activities in order to achieve long, medium & short term goals and business objectives. Will direct the expansion of Done Interior?s business operations.

  • Develop and implement long and short term Business strategies for DIC to achieve its goals and business objectives;
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks involved in the operation;
  • Direct the Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Supply chain & Warehouse Operations to optimize performance, profitability and client service. Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality and cost-effective management of resources;
  • Finalize performance targets and approve performance measures for various business operations. Review activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining targets and objectives and revise plans in accordance with prevailing conditions;
  • Direct the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures and standards of the Company in order to achieve quality and consistency in the performance of business activities;
  • Identify new business opportunity as well as evaluate business enhancement opportunities for the existing business.
