Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:The role is to design, create, and deliver Digital Marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires proficiency in web advertising, social media and digital campaigning is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams.
  • Managing Agency relationships, day-to-day production.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Develop & implement digital ad campaigns to increase brand recognition, drive sales, and increase overall growth (Social Media & Google Ads).
  • Develop and implement Social Media content.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
  • Working with Consultants for SEM & SEO to improve traffic for Stores & Ecommerce
  • Develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor Online traffic (Website & App).
  • Presenting recommendations to Retail Director.
  • Will work as an e-commerce marketing coordinator between different department (monitoring & reporting).
  • Community Management: responding to customers inquiries across various digital channels.
  • Managing & maintaining the Google Business Pages of Fantasy World on Google Maps, monitoring the customer?s traffic (search & directions) to each showroom, customers? reviews, and showrooms updates.
  • Managing & overseeing Mystery shopper programmes for Stores & advisaing on areas for improvement.
  • Collating analysis on campaign results and presenting to the business with suggestions & ideas on how productivity can be improved upon.
  • Liasing with other Departments and planning Digital Activity for futire months and liasing with Suppliers to create content within the provided brand guidelines.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager as & when required & from time to time overseeing the dept.
