Job Description

  • Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a building design.
  • Ensuring the design process recognizes architectural and construction safety regulations, local industry & government rules, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.
  • Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timelines.
  • Striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.
  • Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements.
  • Assist in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with client, Project Manager and consultants.
  • Collaborate on new design issues and research projects with team
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress, quality and productivity of the contractors? work.
  • Study architectural drawings and ensure their application.
  • Supervise the execution of the architectural work on-site by contractors as per the client specifications, BOQ, safety regulations, project timeline, budget and applicable architectural standards.
  • Coordinate between the subcontractors.?
  • Coordinate with other services to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide regular update to client as required.
  • Inspect completed architectural work to ensure it is as per project specifications.
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from design conception until completion.
  • Coordinate tenant fit-put works including reviewing submitted drawings, ensuring their feasibilities and checking their legitimacy of related regulations or requirements.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis
