Job Description

A.Basic Scope of Job:Design and develop instrumentation systems for Oil & Gas projects, focusing on surface facilities, on-shore facilities, and cross-country pipelines.B.Responsibilities :

  • Produce detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs using design software (AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation).
  • Select and specify instruments and components suitable for the project?s environmental conditions and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to ensure the integration of instrumentation systems into the overall project design.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine instrumentation needs and oversee system installations.
  • Provide support during the commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
C. Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Engineering/ Technology (B.Sc. Engg. / B. Tech. / B.E. / B.S.) or Higher Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
