OPERATIONAL:????? Design, Plan and prepare for presentations, drawings, models and narratives for clients.????? Excellent design and modeling skills and proficiency in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Navisworks, Rhinoceros, Lumion, 2D & 3D Xref Detailing and MS Office/Office 365????? Demonstrate an excellent understanding of BIM processes and policies and liaise effectively with practice BIM Managers and profession BIM coordinators????? Coordinate effectively with other architects and engineers throughout project lifecycles (Concept, Coordination, Technical Design etc.); review and understand their drawings and specifications to ensure that adequate provisions in their designs are made based on architectural designs????? Ensure the development of coordinated drawings by formulating a drawing list of the different areas of the building????? Coordinate plans and specifications with project consultants.????? Ensure the flow of information within the project team.????? Able to provide creative and well thought through design solutions;????? Make Good communication and presentation of the design with clients????? Perform industry related research: building science, code issues, design research, detailing, sustainability, etc.????? Assist in gaining approvals for preliminary designs from the relevant government authorities across the lifecycle of the project????? Ensure adherence to the budgets, timelines and all other requirements associated with the project????? Act as a reference point along with the Lead Designer for all departments/sections across the life cycle of the project????? Ensure the integrity of the design intent remains throughout the life cycle of the project?PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:????? Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to draftsmen and Junior Architects??
