As part of their commitment to delivering excellence, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Showroom Manager to manage and elevate the showroom experience for their Luxury Department Store in Kuwait.Job Overview:As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the stores operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in upholding the brands reputation for luxury and excellence.˙Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations Management:Efficiently manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Sales and Customer Service:Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by personally engaging with customers and resolving escalated issues promptly.
  • Visual Merchandising:Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal changes and promotional displays.
  • Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and collaborate with headquarters on restocking needs.
  • Budget and Financial Management:Develop and manage the stores budget, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that customers receive personalized and exceptional service.
  • Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to provide a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.
