Job Description

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Entering data to company System.
  • Checking each piece of information and reporting errors to management.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly records of sales information to ensure necessary improvements.
  • Conducting thorough updating of the database with a higher level of accuracy.
