Report To: Head of Technology Liaison (Digital Transformation)Key Responsibilities???Plan, implement, monitor and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization?s data, systems and networks.???Adapting cyber security within the newer business models that support digital transformation (e.g. on premise application migration to cloud and cyber security considerations, mobility etc.)???Evaluate and select the most appropriate biometric and modern authentication technologies.???Evaluate and select the most appropriate security measures pertaining to cloud computing and mobility applications.???Update the organization?s capabilities towards the continually evolving cyber security threat landscape.???Set and implement user access controls and identity and access management systems.???Monitor network and application performance to identify irregular activity.???Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant.???Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.? Strategy: Align business unit activities with digital strategy and business plan.? Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance of divisional activities with corporate governance and regulatory and legal frameworks.? Risk Management: identify, manage, mitigate and report potential risk in divisional activities.? People Management and Organizational Development: develop, motivate, and coach people in line with succession and career planning requirements towards optimizing organizational structures.?
