Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Answer telephone and email inquiries regarding customer bookings, pricing, cancellations, amendments, and billing queries.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Ensures and answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Updates appointment calendars.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations the supervisor?s area of responsibility.
Register visitor / customer Complain, note all information and forward to Operations Department.
Collaborate with the managers to stay informed about changes in company rules and new projects.
Understand client requirements to identify and resolve any shortcomings or flaws in a product.
