Job Description

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer expectations, queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to have great communication skills and be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers in addition to solving problems.Responsibilities

  • Receiving & greeting customers at company office location.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat etc
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Effectively˙handle complaints
  • Provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues customers experience.
  • Work with multiple parties to meet customers needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
