Answer the telephone calls, welcome & greet patients and visitors? and issue queuing tickets.
Schedule appointments and communicate guest scheduling changes.
Receive & verify patients documents and register patients.
Establish and maintain ongoing warm relations with the patients/visitors.
Prepare and process insurance claims.
Collect patients? payments through cash, ATM cards, credit cards and issue receipts for funds received, refunds, return change due to patients.
Receive patients complains and ensure complaints.
Report incidents related to unsolved problems / complaints with clients to the Direct Supervisor.
Develop, maintain and update patients? files.
