Job Summary/Purpose:Provide customer service to the Parts customers ensuring highest customer satisfaction.ÿResponsibilities:ÿÿ1.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRespond to the online customer complaints and VOC based customer complaints.2.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAttend customer queries related to parts prices, availability of parts, sales contacts, exchange and return policy etc.3.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with branch salesman in order to arrange delivery of parts for customer orders or requests.4.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain and update customer database.5.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow up on delivering backordered parts, coordinate with Warehouse staff to check the status of backorders and arrange delivery of customer orders.6.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSend SMS to the customers those who make a special order through parts section and did not turn back after the parts arrival.7.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿTake appropriate action in coordination with sales supervisors related to customer calls and requests through VOC.8.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyze NPS score on daily basis and make a report based on detractor customer comment to implement countermeasure to improve the NPS score and submit to Sr. Manager, Parts and Accessories Sales.9.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStudy customer complaint received on VOC, contact Branch In-charge in order to resolve the complaint/suggestion and follow up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and forward to Parts Management to take appropriate action whenever necessary.10.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCompile customer suggestions/ complaints from VOC and submit report to Parts Management on a monthly basis.11.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿTranslate Part numbers/names from English to Arabic language for updating in Parts master.12.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupport the sales team for government tender/quotations.13.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.14.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDocument and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.15.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAdhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.16.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform other duties as requested by management.
