Job Description

To engage with customers with Real-Time interaction and convert the potential leads to actual sales transactions and understanding the customers preferences and requirements

  • Communicate and engage with new and current customers following the plans and campaigns
  • Show strong sales skills in pushing conversations forward, presenting prices, understanding and overcoming objections and confidence in asking for the sale
  • Professional introducing the company Tangible and Intangible Advantages by which makes the customers believe by the company value
  • Tactful and soft speaking with customers to attract them to listen and convince them to buy the companys services
  • The agent has to provide the customers with suggestions and recommendations that assist them to plan their tours by somehow increasing the sales transactions volume
  • To meet and exceed the defined qualitative and quantitative objectives and targets
  • To coordinate with the Outsource Customer Engagement Agencies to receive the potential leads to convert them to actual sales transactions
  • To receive and handle the customers complaints professionally which affects the customers satisfaction positively
