Job Description

On behalf of our client, who is into Logistics- Courier Delivery Services, we are seeking a Customer Care Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, including managing a team of customer service and call center representatives, implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set up CC goals and plans in alignment with the company?s strategic growth and expansion plans.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build an effective CC and Call Center Team to meet business and customer needs
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, including managing key accounts and ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customers and analyzing customer needs.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and use data to make improvements to the customer service process.
  • Keep ahead of the industry?s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience across the organization.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis including resolving people issues, leave management, overtime management, staffing, workload distribution, duty rosters, complaints, grievances, etc.
