A. Scope of work:

Responsible for Solution Architecting for Siebel changes and development for the CRs and taking ownership of the end to end Solutions from Siebel.

B. Accountabilities:

Responsible for the changes required on Siebel CRM and architecting and designing the end to end flows for the changes required.
Prepare the high level design documents for the deliverables.
Prepare an impact analysis document for any proposed change on Siebel CRM.
Support the SIT , UAT And Acceptance of the implementation solution.
Trouble shoot the issues on production as part of L3 support.
