A Crew Trainer works as part of a team in the shop to ensure all new Team Members are trained to brand standards. They act as a role model for the team through delivering fantastic training and coaching, and being knowledgeable about all things Pret!The Crew Trainer is an integral part of the shop team and will be expected to carry out Front of House & Kitchen duties as required, and support the Management Team with organising and delivering training for the Team.At One PM, we are dedicated to making sure that the right training, development and support is given to our wonderful people. There may be future opportunities to progress (if you want to) towards a Leader (supervisor) role and you?ll be supported by a team of brilliant people.
