Job Description

We are looking forward to hire a creative director for executing and delivering on time, high quality creative materials.The major responsibilities of the job incumbent shall be:

  1. Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
  2. Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
  3. Inspiring and motivating the agency?s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work.
  4. Reviewing the work of design team and providing direction and feedback
  5. Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new projects
  6. Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.
  7. Manage and contribute to a variety of projects.
  8. Produce creative thought leadership in the creation of high-quality broadcast and print, as well as experiential, environmental, and digital design.
  9. Develop, create, and lunch brands.
  10. Evaluate marketing and campaign strategies.
  11. Work with Marketing and Communication team members ?to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, are clearly outlined and estimated.
  12. Review all art creation.
  13. Suggest the best practice to be adopted.
  14. Suggest and/or approve best quality job for delivery.
  15. Adhere to internal processes, budgets, and timelines for each project.
  16. Come up with creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews, and project kick-off meetings.
  17. Guide, influence, and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations.
  18. Crack new ideas for creative team management and processes
  19. Assist in the supervision of the creative team to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable workflow to achieve the best work.
  20. Work with the corporate communication team and product managers to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  21. Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
  22. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  23. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
  24. Supervise the departments daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
