Project management and time management.Gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources.Quantify & prepare variation claims related to turnkey projects.Responsible for coordinating with Projects Operations Team and handle a team of Designers, Estimators, Projects Technical Coordination with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Vendors.Check for accurate quantities from tender drawings including civil, electrical, plumbing & fire protection services.Prioritize and manage own workload with minimal supervisionRe-check and verify quantities for finalization of contracts, as may be required.Prepare technical submission and documentation, as may be required for submission to clients and consultantsExperience in final cost preparation on award of contract, preparation of the budget, cash flow, cost control, etc.
