Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Cost Controller with Food & Beverage experience to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our F&B operations by monitoring costs, implementing cost-saving strategies, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of F&B cost control principles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze F&B costs including food, beverage, and operational expenses.
  • Develop and maintain cost control procedures to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and stock levels to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and vendors to optimize purchasing and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on F&B costs, budget variances, and financial performance for management review.
  • Implement and enforce portion control policies and standard recipes to control food and beverage costs.
  • Evaluate menu profitability and recommend pricing adjustments based on cost analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cost-effective practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.
