Job Description

On behalf of our client, who is a leading manufacturer in the Arabic sweets industry, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our dynamic team and help manage our manufacturing costs effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying variances and trends.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for management.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Conduct regular cost audits and implement cost control measures.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
