A well reputed F&B company is looking for ?COST CONTROLLER?

Calculating the recipes cost.
Update and maintain recipes into the systems.
Spot check on recipes, inventory, and stores
Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.
Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and goods are checked for quality.
post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, returns and orders efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
verify and track all material against invoices, purchase orders, bills or other records.
Advise management of cycle count issues on a timely basis
