Able to effectively control F&B Costs.
Control F&B outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis in F&B and communicating with relevant parties.
Update and maintain receipts in the systems.
Check and verify voids, discounts in the systems.
Check and verify staff meals and staff discounts.
Check and verify all complimentary sales in the systems.
Check and verify costs and pricing of all meal packages and items.
Check and verify all settlements done in the systems.
Compare and analyze cost of sales to ensure that they are within budget.
Verify menu prices on the systems to ensure prices are correct.
Check and verify complimentary items/subscriptions to confirm that all are approved.
Tally all end of shift reports generated from the systems.
Continuously look for weaknesses in the business and provide recommendations for improvement.
Generate monthly F&B financial reports.
Prepare daily and monthly cost reports.
Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems.
Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
