Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven Cost Accountant to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring and managing the company?s cost structure, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality service and product standards. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cost control practices within the F&B industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking expenses, waste, and inventory usage.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize inventory levels and raw material usage.
  • Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile inventory to identify discrepancies and prevent losses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, budget controls, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality or operations.
  • Support menu pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and profit margins.
  • Deliver financial insights to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
