Job Description

Basic function:?As a Cost Accountant Clerk, you are responsible to check all Production reports, control? transfers between locations (Production, warehouses and outlets) in a smooth and? effective way and in compliance with all policies and procedures, whereby your role will? include key responsibilities such as:?Duties and responsibilities:?

  • work closely with Purchase, Store and production departments to ensure that ?transactions are coded correctly to jobs so that all cost are easy to track.?
  • Follows up with other departments on any outstanding and reconciles ?Daily/Weekly tasks before month end?
  • Prepare and record transfers / Production transactions in system. - Conducting and assist inventory count on weekly/monthly basis. - Spot checking of applied recipes (Standard Vs. Actual).?
  • Sharing in Inventory cost analysis and preparation of journal entries. - Keep track of all supplier pending invoices and goods receiving.?
  • Check suppliers invoices against attached purchase order and other ?supporting documents.?
  • Other tasks as assigned by Cost control manager.
