Job Description

Position Purpose: To provide contract management advice to the organization, ensuring that arrangements are in place for effective contract management. To manage high value/high importance contracts as required to ensure that KRH meets its contractual obligations to the customers, and the Vendors meet its contractual obligations to KRH through identifying and managing risks that may arise through the operation of the contract and implements robust financial and operational controls.

  • Develops a set of standard contracts for the company.
  • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Oversees and manages contract modifications.
  • Analyzes a contract?s risk to the business.
  • Monitors the performance of each signed contract.
  • Communicates contract implementations to subordinates and other departments.
  • Maintains a computer database for the company?s contract management system.
  • Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
  • Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts
  • Supervise & oversee all contracts activities & tasks (daily ? monthly ? yearly).
  • Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Resolve claims against suppliers, in coordination with the Legal department
  • Manage communication and escalations between contracts and procurement and other business units to ensure work is prioritized appropriately
  • Responsible for preparation of contracts to be presented to the subcontractors/clients/vendors and ensures all documentation is completed and processed appropriately.
  • Coordinates contract negotiations with the subcontractors/clients /vendors and internal personnel ensuring input from appropriate parties is represented.
  • Reviews drafts and recommends changes prior to submitting contract to subcontractors/clients/vendors.
  • Provides contractual support and resolves issues related to contract compliance, data quality, output, and billing.
  • Work closely with Shura Committee and Legal departments to ensure contracts are Shura compliant and protect the best interest of KRH
