Job Description

The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for overseeing contract documentation, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, support contract negotiations, monitor contractor performance, and protect the organizations legal, financial, and operational interests throughout the contract lifecycle.Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of contractual terminology, legal principles, and industry standards.
  • Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
