This role will be for an engineer with experience in a Fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate must has the ability to research and appoint workforce on the different areas of construction, carpenters, stone installations, metal workers and as well to resource materials on need for the project.
Must have experience in to qualifying contractors and quantifying materials for the projects, to create quotations.
Should be able to develop shop drawings if required in AutoCad for joinery and detailing for subcontractors.
The job seeker will oversee projects during design phases to site supervision and monitor the program to ensure deadlines are met, the projects stay within budget and work is up to standard.
· Experience: Two to four years of related experience.· Qualifications: Interior Design or architecture diploma.· Required: Must have a transferable Kuwait residency, driver license and car.· Salary offered: Between KD 350 to 450 per month, depending on qualification.
