Job Description

Position Overview:Supervise creation of product as well as non-product content, on website. Edit, Proofread and Improve Readability of Content Analysts & Translators. Make Arabic translations and approve/reject reviews.Essential Job Roles:

  • Ensuring that all the content maintains a high standard in quality, which will be identified with the business?s brand
  • Proofreading, Restructuring, and editing material through various stages all the way from conceptualization to the product going live
  • Updating website and social media pages with new content
  • Maintaining editorial consistency and continuity in the multiple materials (videos, manuals, info graphics) developed for the varying product lines.?
  • Looking out for rich multimedia data on products to enable dense and meaningful content
  • Proofread and verify information, pictures, specs using standard reference sources and category catalogue
  • Adapting a voice that is relevant to the brand/product, the target consumer, and the website(s) that feature it
  • Writing blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services
  • Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines and Analytics
  • Analyse web traffic metrics
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication
  • Generate new ideas around industry-related topics
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Translate content to Arabic language
  • Read and approve/reject reviews written by customer
