Job Description

DescriptionThe Consultant ER with ICU subspecialty provides expert medical care in both emergency and intensive care settings, diagnosing and treating acute conditions in the ER and managing critically ill patients in the ICU.Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess, stabilize, and treat patients with acute and life-threatening conditions in the Emergency Department.
  • Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and thoracostomy.
  • Coordinate care with emergency specialists, nurses, and support staff.
  • Oversee and manage ICU patients, including those requiring advanced respiratory support, renal replacement therapy, and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for complex cases involving multiple organ systems.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
