  • Examine and interpret pathology specimens, including histology, cytology, and molecular diagnostics.
  • Utilize advanced techniques to improve diagnostic accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive pathology reports, offering diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely communication of critical findings to relevant medical staff.
  • Provide expert consultations and second opinions on complex cases.
  • Stay current with advancements in pathology techniques and practices.
  • Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and treatment options.
  • Contribute to the professional development of staff by offering guidance and teaching materials.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care, customer service, and ethical conduct.
  • Adhere to all procedures and policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, and Risk Management.
