DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating˙a wide range of˙eye disorders and vision problems. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, conduct surgical procedures such as cataract and laser surgeries, and develop personalized treatment plans.   • Perform comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technologies to assess patient conditions.
  • Execute various surgical procedures.
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and treatment options.
  • Helps in the professional development of all staff and provides teaching materials as part of the professional development of the staff;
  • Maintains a work environment that promotes high standards for patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior;
  • Undertakes all work in accordance with the procedures and operating policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, Risk Management, etc
