DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treatingÿa wide range ofÿeye disorders and vision problems. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, conduct surgical procedures such as cataract and laser surgeries, and develop personalized treatment plans.   • Perform comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technologies to assess patient conditions.
  • Execute various surgical procedures.
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and treatment options.
  • Helps in the professional development of all staff and provides teaching materials as part of the professional development of the staff;
  • Maintains a work environment that promotes high standards for patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior;
  • Undertakes all work in accordance with the procedures and operating policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, Risk Management, etc
